Optimum Semiconductor has received the most of SB3500 design data base and transferred all technical documents include test vectors, wafer manufacture instructions, etc. that are necessary for production of SB3500.

Optimum has finished the equity acquisition of Sandbridge's all lab test equipments, computers and computer servers, storage, etc. And transferred all software tools and application software source code from Sandbridge . Optimum Semiconductor has hired all Sandbridge's key engineers who are the main designers of Sandblasters DSP core, SB3500, software tools and application softwares.

Optimum Semiconductor Technologies and Sandbridge Technologies signed the SB3500 Manufacture License Agreement. Optimum Semiconductor Technologies will have right to manufacture and sell SB3500 world wide. Optimum Semiconductor will be able to maintains the all SB3500 development software tools that is necessary in support of the selling SB3500.
